Sen. Hwang: CT rail is “an economic engine”

“They’re still an economic engine to locations where people work,” said state Sen. Tony Hwang, R-Fairfield, who said he is one of the lawmakers pushing for fully-funding commuter rail lines. “It’s not a convenience, it’s an essential part of the main line into New York City.”
