He worked effectively on critical bills in senior/elder care, electric utility transparency, fiscal guardrails and environment/climate change bonding, Hwang procured millions of dollars . Sen. Hwang has been a steadfast supporter of women’s reproductive rights, Hwang has fought to protect and expand access to essential healthcare services, ensuring that women have the right to make their own health decisions.
