State Sen. Tony Hwang, R-Fairfield, said in written testimony filed in advance of Thursday’s hearing the company’s proposed rate increase “will only add to Connecticut families’ burdens.”
“Here is my main question for Aquarion,” Hwang said. “What actions have they taken to make water more affordable for customers?”
